This self-catering cottage has stunning views over picturesque Cobbinshaw Loch and the Pentland Hills. The cottage comprises;
Downstairs - a living room with colour TV, hifi, open fire and double bed settee, a separate dining room with table to seat 6, a fully fitted well-equipped kitchen with a fridge dishwasher, microwave, cooker and washing machine, a newly fitted bathroom with electric shower.
Upstairs There are two double bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with twin beds.

Self catering accomodation in a traditional terraced house, situated in the village of Kirknewton, approximately 10 miles from Edinburgh city centre.
Smithy Brae comprises:
Downstairs - a living room with colour TV, DVD Player, hifi, dining area off-lounge with table to seat 6, fully fitted well-equipped kitchen with a fridge microwave, cooker and washing machine
Upstairs - a bathroom and two double bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with twin beds.
Outside there is a small garden to front and rear of the house.
The house is a five minute walk from the railway station, with frequent trains to both Glasgow and Edinburgh City Centres.
