Gairnshiel Cottage
Set within peaceful tranquillity overlooking the Pentland Hills and Cobbinshaw Loch this gorgeous 2 bedroomed cottage is the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday while being only 22 miles from the centre of Edinburgh and 7 miles from the designer shops of Livingston. The cottage has been furnished to a very high standard and has an enclosed garden with a decked seating area. The galleried entrance hall and shaker style kitchen have flagstone floors and the kitchen has access to the back garden. The kitchen itself is equipped with everything you need for your stay including fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fan oven and hob. The lounge has a solid wood floor and includes a sofabed, colour TV, freeview, DVD and video. The separate dining room, also with a solid wood floor, has a table to seat 6+ and a CD player.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds. The bathroom has a white bathroom suite with a victorian style shower attachment.

Self catering accomodation in a traditional terraced house, situated in the village of Kirknewton, approximately 10 miles from Edinburgh city centre.

Downstairs - a living room with colour TV, DVD Player, hifi, dining area off-lounge with table to seat 6, fully fitted well-equipped kitchen with a fridge microwave, cooker and washing machine
Upstairs - a bathroom and two double bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with twin beds.
Outside there is a small garden to front and rear of the house.
The house is a five minute walk from the railway station, with frequent trains to both Glasgow and Edinburgh City Centres.
